WHO CAN RENT

Riders must be 19 or older with a valid driver’s licence and the credit card used to book. The card holder must be present at pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse a rental where a rider appears impaired, where conditions make the rental unsafe, or where the terrain requested is beyond the machine or the rider.

DAMAGE AND RECOVERY

A day is eight hours from pickup. Late returns are charged at a quarter of the daily rate per hour.

Optional damage insurance is $45 per day and caps your liability at the $2,500 deductible. Without it you are responsible for the full repair cost.

Recovery outside the staging areas is billed at cost. Belts and spark plugs are included; damage from running the machine out of oil is not.

CANCELLATION

Rentals cancelled more than 7 days out are refunded in full. Inside 7 days the deposit is retained and applied as credit for the same season.

Clinics are paid 100% at booking with a 30-day cancellation window. Inside 30 days we will try to fill your spot from the waitlist and refund you if we do.

We do not refund for weather or conditions. Revelstoke gets what it gets and we will help you ride it.

AVALANCHE TERRAIN

Riding here means riding in avalanche terrain. Every rider is responsible for their own decisions, their own gear and their own training.

We rent beacons, probes, shovels, packs and radios, and we run AST courses with Soul Rides. We will always tell you honestly whether the day suits your experience — but the call in the field is yours.
