What we collect when you book, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.
When you book we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address and the details of the booking itself. Payment card data is handled by our booking provider and our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
When you visit the site we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location and device type.
To take and fulfil your booking, to send you your confirmation and waiver, to reach you about conditions or changes, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional email about conditions, clinic dates and availability.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the providers who run our booking, payment, email and analytics systems on our behalf.
Booking and waiver records are kept for seven years, which is what our insurer and Canadian tax rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email info@stokedmountainadventures.com and we will come back inside 30 days.
