The agreement between you and Stoked Mountain Adventures when you book, rent or take a course with us.
By booking a rental, a cabin night or a course with Stoked Mountain Adventures you agree to these terms, to our rental policies, and to the waiver you sign before riding. If you book for other people you are confirming that they agree too.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax unless stated. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation, not when payment is submitted.
Rates, dates and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. If we have to cancel a confirmed booking we refund it in full.
Snowmobiling in mountain terrain carries a real risk of serious injury and death, including from avalanches, tree wells, terrain traps, collisions and mechanical failure. You accept those risks when you ride with us.
You are responsible for riding within your ability, for the decisions you make in the field, and for the people you ride with.
To the extent permitted by British Columbia law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
The photography, text, marks and design on this site belong to Stoked Mountain Adventures. Please do not reuse them without asking — we usually say yes.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, and any dispute goes to the courts of British Columbia.
